- Ticketz once delivered to the customers cannot be taken back in any circumstances.
- Payments are accepted only by cash. No cheaque or DD payments will be accepted.
- If the delivered ticketz is lost or damaged the management won't be responsible for that.
- No refund can be done by the management if the customer buy the ticketz from cineticketz and not watched the movie .
- The management will have the rights to change or stop the session for the movies at any time.
- Once you book the ticketz, a passcode will be displayed on your screen.
- Remember the passcode correctly along with the number of ticketz you have booked. Please note that there should be no discrepancy in your passcode, or else you will forfeit the ticketz you have booked.
- Ticketz will be delivered after we confirm by calling you, so cancellations after confirmation will not be accepted.
- In case of cancellations you should inform cineticketz on or before the confirmation by us or call 3200 6662 between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm to cancel your booking and tell your passcode to cancel the ticketz booked by you.
- Cancellations through email will not be accepted.
- Keep your passcode secret to avoid misuse.
- Customers are adviced to use our service for a good&better way for watching the movies ,so please avoid any misuse of the ticketz bought from cineticketz.
- A - Certificate movies persons below 18 yrs entry restricted,if required ID Card should be produced..
Condition:
- At any point of time the company reserves the right to cancel your booking without any prior notice, if your provided booking information is invalid.
- Customers will not entertained to deal directly with the theatre supporting us regarding cancellations or refund.
- Your order will we considered as invalid and cancelled without any prior notice if your pincode not matches with the pincode given in Delivery pincode list.
- We can only door deliver your booked ticketz,so your are not able to collect the ticketz,if your area is not listed in delivery picode list or any reason watsoever.
Warning:
- This site is for genuine ticket bookings only. Please do not make bookings that you do not intend to honour. Crank bookings would attract a loss of membership.
Disclaimer:
- Cineticketz management cannot be held liable for any non performance of this service either due to the fault of the theatre, the network or any reason whatsoever.
- We are not responsible if the movie is changed by the theatre without prior notice.
